Plastic overlays and inserts

Since printable polycarbonate and polyester sheets first came on the market, PIM Industry has used them for silk-screen printing of overlays and aesthetic inserts on these media.

Glued or not, on the front panel or incorporated in a unit, the range of solutions is vast and constantly evolving every day as our suppliers produce new items: structure material, smooth, gloss, matt, anti-reflective, non-scratch, antibacterial, metal-plated, mirror finish...PIM Industrie will always meet your requirements.

Overlays, which are freely customizable, can be silk-screen printed, this being a historic PIM Industrie trade, or produced by four-colour process printing to make products based on photos.

2D (mechanical deformation) or 3D (thermoformed) definition, PIM Industrie will adapt to all your shape constraints.

PIM Industrie's production resources are such that it can meet demands for small quantities (less than ten items) by laser cutting (no tool overheads, cutting precision to ± 0.15mm), as well as very large production runs (several tens of thousands of items) using wallet presses or matrix-punch tools equipped with band feed.

Like all parts which leave factories, the plastic overlays and inserts produced by PIM Industrie are inspected visually (100%) and dimensionally (by sampling), with many possibilities of customizable packaging (bulk, thermoformed platform, loader for automatic assembly line...).
